Capital Equity Legal Group has four legal departments including International, Listing Company, Marine Affairs and Intellectual Property to be collaborative together to deal with the international legal business. We have a passel of intelligent legal specialists with high qualification specializing in foreign legal affairs. Some of them were awarded LLM or Juris Degree abroad. And some others were selected by the Chinese government to go to European countries such as Belgium for legal training. The lawyers of our law firm are capable of providing legal service including issuing Legal Opinion in English and Japanese as well as Chinese. At present, our law firm has made cooperation agreements with some renowned law firms located at Hong Kong, Spain and Italy so as to establish a collaborative relationship to deal with the international legal affairs. In addition, our law firm was engaged to act as the Chinese Legal Advisor for some international enterprises such as Japan-China Trade Promotion Center.

Litigation Cases:

1. Representing Hangzhou Kelida Textile Company Limited to settle dispute arising from the contract of international sale of goods;

2. Acting for Mexico Fusion Intercontinental settling dispute arising from the contract of international sale of goods;

3. Advising an American businessman Mr. Ernest Dailey Swafford on dispute settlement in connection with a contract of international sale of goods;

4. Acting for Ningbo Chunlong Fanguang Materials Company Ltd to settle dispute arising from the International agency contract of export of goods;

5. Acting for Zhejiang Chemistry Company Ltd on resolving dispute arising from the contract of export trade with a purchase price over 2,600,000 ¥RMB;

6. Involving in the case of The American A-dec Company v. Shanghai Wei Hong Company Ltd in relation to dispute over the payment and the agency agreement;

7. Being the legal counsel in the case of Zhejiang Zhongda Technology Import Company Ltd suing Shaoxin Hangshao Wool Manufacturer;

8. Acting in the case of Shangyu Jiehua Chemistry Company Ltd suing Korea Hanjin Shipping Company Ltd claiming damage more than ¥5,000,000 RMB;

9. Advising on the case of a branch of the Bank of China suing a joint venture over a dispute of 680,010,000¥ RMB bank note and loan;

10. Being the legal counsel for Mr Ernest Dailey Swafford who was restricted to exit China by the Public Security Organ; and so on.

Non-litigious Cases:

1. Advising on incorporation of Hangzhou Carreforu Hypermarket Co. Ltd jointly invested ¥124,000,000 RMB by Zhejiang Economic Construction Investment Company limited, Liaoning Chengda Shareholding Company Limited and Poland Carrefour (China) Holding Company Limited;

2. To provide legal services on incorporating Ningbo Carrefour Commercial Co., Ltd jointly invested $ 15,000,000 USD by Zhejiang Economic Construction Investment Company Limited and Liaoning Chengda Shareholding Company Limited and Poland Carrefour Holding Company Limited;

3. Advising Swiss ABT Company on establishing a joint venture in China;

4. Advising Zhejiang Jiaxin Jiari Technology Company Ltd over consortium mortgage loans project;

5. Providing legal interpretation for Tesco, to review the contract for Purchase of Goods in China;

6. Acting one of the Chemistry Bloc Corporation in Zhejiang Province on drafting bi-lingual agreements for the establishment agency organization in 13 different countries in the west of Asia;

7. Being the main legal representative for EU KLY Groupe Company advising its Intellectual Property Rights in Mainland of China;

8. Working closely with the Industrial and Commercial Department, Technical Supervision Department, Economic Investigating Department or any related government department protecting our clients’ intellectual property;
